How do I deposit money into BingoPlus to play?

How do I play Bingo in BingoPlus?

Bingo Mega uses your typical bingo card size (5×5) and the number of balls drawn is 49. Bingo Rush uses a smaller card size (5×3) and the number of balls is 40.
