This page describes the various fees GCash charges to its users and free alternatives. If you are interested in the different GCash limits, please refer to this post.
Note: All other services that are not mentioned here are FREE.
Cash-in and Cash Out

Some free alternatives for cashing in
- BPI and UnionBank Cash-in in the app (need to link first) – this is until Oct 2, 2023, as there will be a Php 5 charge per cash-in
- Deposit directly into the savings accounts of the GSave banks and then withdraw in GCash
- Instapay Send (Bank to Bank Transfer) from banks where there is no fee
- PesoNet Send (Bank to Bank Transfer) from banks where there is no fee
- Cash into CIMB via their app, and withdraw in GCash via GSave
- Cash into UNO via their app, and withdraw in GCash via GSave
- Ask a friend with a GCash account to help you out by having him Send Money to you
Some free alternatives for cashing out
- Transfer to any GSave bank (like CIMB), then withdraw using any GSave bank ATM if applicable
- Ask a friend with a GCash account to help you by Sending Money to them and then have them hand the cash to you directly

Some free alternatives for Bank Transfer
- Deposit to CIMB in GSave and then from the CIMB app, do a DragonPay or PESONet transfer to your bank
- Deposit to UNO in GSave and then from the UNO app, do an InstaPay transfer to your bank
Some free alternatives for GCash Padala
- Create a GCash account and automatically get the money
- Ask a friend with a GCash account to help you by having the sender Send/Receive Money to them and then hand over the cash to you
